Marie Agren currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at Telia Sweden, reporting directly to the CEO and contributing to the Executive Leadership Team while overseeing a team of eight partners for a workforce of approximately 4,000 employees. Previously, Marie held the position of Chairman of the Board at Sophiahemmet Rehab Center and served as the Head of Human Resources at Skandia Norden, where HR services were centralized across subsidiaries. Additional board roles included membership on the boards of Svenska Försäkringsföreningen and Försäkringsbranschens Arbetsgivareorganisation (FAO). Marie's extensive HR experience also includes roles at Skanska, Skandia, Capgemini Consulting, and Ernst & Young Management Consulting. Marie holds an MSc in Business Administration from Linköping University and completed an exchange year in Business Administration at Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Lyon.
