Operations Manager for non-voice accounts RC Constantino began his career as a call center agent in 2009 to support his growing family. He began right away to develop major problem-solving skills and learned how to work independently despite the stress. He always strives to give 100% which he feels has prepared him for future challenges and leadership roles.
RC keeps his priorities straight in order to be an effective provider, a husband and father. God must be first, family second, and work third. This is why he left working in the city and found a position with TeleworkPH so he could be with his wife and children full time.
