Staci Taylor has extensive experience in customer service and management within the order management sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Order Management at Teletrac Navman UK since January 2018, Staci has held multiple roles, including Implementation Team Leader and Internal Customer Success Specialist Team Leader. Prior to this, Staci worked at Virgin Atlantic as Cabin Crew from January 2009 to January 2018, and at DORMA UK from June 2005 to January 2009 as a Customer Services Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing customer accounts and resolving complaints. Staci's initial role in customer service began at Windoware, where services were coordinated from July 2004 to July 2005. Staci completed GCSE education at St Thomas More RC Upper School from 1999 to 2001.
