Wayne Helpard is currently working as the Vice President of Engineering at Telestream since June 2023. Wayne Helpard started their career as a Software Developer at NB Power and has worked at various other companies, including Rare Pearl Design, WebCentrex, FocalTrack, SkillSoft & Nexant, and VisionMD, where they held roles such as Owner/Software Consultant, Solutions Architect/Developer, and Senior Software Developer. Throughout their career, Wayne Helpard has gained expertise in engineering, architecture, management, and development of software solutions in fields such as media/OTT/broadcast industry, video monitoring, QoS/QoE, adaptive video monitoring, and enterprise software systems. Wayne has knowledge in various programming languages and technologies, including Java, Go, React, ES6, Material UI, .NET, SQL Server, and HTML/CSS/JavaScript.

Wayne Helpard earned a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of New Brunswick, where they studied from 1996 to 2001.
