Sudhir Kulai, currently the Head Of Quality Assurance at Telestream since October 2017, leads teams in Functional, Automation, DevOps, and System testing to ensure quality for both consumer and enterprise level products. Key responsibilities include collaborating with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to define requirements, designing and implementing automation and DevOps infrastructure, and managing resource allocation and project priorities. Sudhir has successfully transitioned Telestream's products to Agile/Scrum models, enhancing project delivery and test coverage. Prior to Telestream, Sudhir held QA management roles at Dolby Laboratories and Tellabs, where significant contributions included building high-performing QA teams and establishing robust test strategies. Sudhir's career began at Cisco, where impactful contributions involved developing QA infrastructure for video quality products and supporting sales teams through training and product demonstrations.
