Ben ter Brake is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Manager at Telestream since October 2023. Previous roles include Service Delivery Manager at Masstech Innovations Inc., and Service Desk Manager as well as Technical Router Team Leader at Nasstar PLC, where responsibilities included managing technical support teams and providing training and mentoring. Ben has also worked as a Service Desk Engineer at Modrus, where second and third level support was provided to a diverse customer base, and as an IT Support Technician for Typetec, focusing on IT services in a secondary school setting. Earlier experiences include roles as a Mobile IT Technician at Geeks on Wheels (NZ) and Weapons Engineering Officer in the Royal New Zealand Navy, along with foundational IT support experience at The Geelong College. Ben holds a Diploma in Electrotechnology from Auckland University of Technology and a Certificate III in Information Technology from Gordon Institute of TAFE.
