Maciej Podanowski began their work experience as a Software Developer at System Services Sp. z o.o. in 1998 and continued in this role until 2003. Following this, they worked as a Senior Software Developer at S-Link Sp. z o.o. from 2003 to 2008. During this time, they gained experience in software development and honed their skills in this area. From 2008 onwards, they joined Teleste as a Software Project Manager, where they were responsible for planning and coordinating development tasks using the Scrum methodology. Maciej also served as a Software Architect and Team Leader, focusing on designing business logic for the Video Management System and creating system integration interfaces using SOAP/ONVIF/REST/JSON. Additionally, they played a role in web platform integration using Python, Django, and jQuery.

Maciej Podanowski earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. In addition, they hold a Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org, which they obtained in January 2020.
