Bruno Silveira Cruz, MSIS, currently serves as the Channel Account Director for LATAM at TeleSign since October 2021. Previously, Bruno held the position of Account Manager at Serasa Experian from June 2019 to September 2021 and was a Guest Professor in IT Security at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro from January 2017 to December 2019. Bruno's extensive experience also includes a role as Technical Account Manager at Microsoft from June 2012 to May 2019, where delivery management of premier support was emphasized. Other notable positions include Incident Manager at IBM, GRC Sr. Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and IT Governance Consultant at Brunise Informatica. Bruno holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Liverpool and a Technologist degree in IT Management from UNISUL, complemented by an extension in Negotiation and Selling from FGV.
