Alex Shcherbakov is a seasoned recruiter currently working at Telesens since December 2021, specializing in the full cycle of recruitment for telecom BSS/OSS/VAS products while contributing to the Employer Brand Strategy. Prior to this role, Alex served as a Border Guard for the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine from March 2022 to February 2023, and held recruiting positions at Evolven Software and SSA Group. In addition, Alex has extensive experience from December 2012 to January 2021 at the Global Medical Organization, where responsibilities included recruitment for the customer support department, staff training, and quality control of communication with customers. Alex holds both a Bachelor's degree in Management/Marketing and a Master's degree in Information Technologies from Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics.
