Stephanie Leclair (Sutherland) is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the customer service and contact center industries. Since December 2019, Stephanie has served as Vice President of Operations at Teleperformance. Prior to this role, Stephanie was Senior Vice President of Operations at Sitel from June 1996 to January 2017, where responsibilities included leading strategy for eight North American contact centers, managing a budget of over $150 million, and enhancing operational metrics for key clients. At Corel Corporation, from September 1986 to June 1996, Stephanie held the position of Director Worldwide Customer Service, overseeing global support strategies and vendor relations. Stephanie's early career included OEM sales management and operational tasks such as order and inventory management. The educational background includes studies at Willis Business College from 1981 to 1982.
