Preeth Kishan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transformation and operational excellence across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President & Country Leader for Transformation at Teleperformance since June 2021, Preeth previously held significant roles at Cognizant, where responsibilities included Global Transformation & PEX Lead for both RCM/OTC - LS and RCM/OTC - Healthcare. Prior to that, positions as Master Black Belt - OPEX at AXA, Principal Consultant at AxisKraft, Assistant Manager Quality at IBM, and Process Leader at Khodays further contributed to expertise in the field. Preeth holds a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and has academic qualifications including a PGDCRM in Customer Relationship Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Madurai Kamraj University, Madurai.
