Odeta Melo is an experienced professional in human resources and training, currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Teleperformance since November 2011. Prior to this role, Odeta Melo worked as a lecturer at ISSAT Albania Post University from 2012 to 2017 and held the position of Head of Training and Development at ÄŒEZ from 2008 to 2010. Early in their career, Odeta Melo was involved in Training and Development at Vodafone from 2002 to 2005. Odeta Melo's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from UBIS, a Bachelor's degree in Italian Language and Literature, a Diploma in Social Work & Psychology, both from the University of Tirana, and a Certificate in Public Relations from the University of Westminster.
