Lilla Tóth is an experienced professional in transformation, innovation, and training, with a career spanning over a decade across various roles in notable organizations. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at Teleperformance since January 2023, Tóth has also held positions such as BPO Specialist - Transition Manager at Merchants, Business Consultant for the City of Cape Town, and various training and consulting roles within Vodacom, including managing training for global business transformations in Lesotho and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
