Fernando Sagawe is a professional with experience in customer service and marketing automation, currently working as an Analista de Atendimento at datasales since June 2022. Prior to this, Fernando held positions as an Assistente de E-commerce and Estagiário de E-commerce at SOBRECARD, where responsibilities included managing order shipments, addressing abandoned carts, and providing customer support.
