Fatima Ezzahra Hajaoui is currently serving as the Support Team Lead at Culturelligence since July 2023, where responsibilities include leading a team of People Ops interns and optimizing People Ops processes to enhance efficiency and intern experiences. Previously, Fatima held various roles, including People Operations Intern, where tasks involved recruitment and onboarding of interns, and Research and Development Intern, contributing to research on Human Capital and organizational trends. Additional experience includes a brief position as a Mental Health Counselor at Dar Tifl, focusing on children in precarious situations, and as an Accounting Assistant at Véhicules Carburant Services, managing financial data entry and reconciliations. Fatima is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology at Işık Üniversitesi, expected to graduate in 2024.
