Claudio Esteves has extensive experience in information technology and management, currently serving as Chief Information Officer at Teleperformance since May 2019. Previously, Claudio held multiple leadership roles at DIRECTV Latin America, including Director of Networking for LATAM and Regional IT Platform Manager, overseeing IT services for ten Latin American markets. Prior roles include IT Manager at Teleperformance, Manager of the Microsoft Professional Support Team for Latin America at Hewlett-Packard, and Business Development Manager at Microsoft, focusing on hosted solutions. Claudio began their career at Posnet SA, gaining expertise in POS solutions and technical support. Claudio holds a degree in Computer Science from UADE and completed secondary education at Colegio Don Jaime.
