Kieron Shanks is an experienced Senior Bid Manager with a robust history in bid management and marketing. Currently at Ward Recycling since May 2023, Kieron oversees the bid process to support the company's growth. Previous roles include Senior Bid Manager at Communisis and Bid and Tender Manager at Parseq, where Kieron successfully managed dedicated bid teams and enhanced bid processes. Earlier experiences at Unipart Rail and Schneider Electric involved coordinating and managing bids across various sectors, while Kieron's marketing expertise was honed through consulting and management roles in established organizations. Kieron holds a BA/BSc (Hons) in Information Systems and Marketing from the University of Derby.
