Frost Kelly has over two decades of diverse experience in administrative and customer service roles, currently serving as P.A / Office Manager at telent Technology Services Ltd since August 2004. Initially starting as a temporary admin in the Asset Assurance sector, Frost quickly progressed to customer service officer and later assumed regional support roles. Additional responsibilities included managing work stacks and assisting contracts managers at Carillion telent from 2013 onward. Frost also held interim leadership roles, overseeing the RSC for London and Home Counties during major restructures. Prior to these positions, Frost gained experience in the retail and dental sectors, including roles as a shift supervisor at Farmfoods and a dental assistant. Educational background includes attendance at Furtherwick Park Secondary from 1989 to 1994.
