Prashant Malkan has a background in customer experience and operations, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience (Quality & Operations - Contact Centre) and CLM Marketing at Telenor. Previously, Prashant held the position of Assistant Manager in Inbound Call Centre Operations at Vodafone India Service Pvt. Ltd. Prashant completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Accounting from Gujarat University between 1996 and 1999, and furthered education at the Gujarat State Co-op Consumer Federation Ltd. from 1999 to 2000.
