Peder Apall-Olsen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment, human resources, and team management. Currently serving as Manager and Delivery Lead at Amby since January 2022, Peder is involved in leading a team and driving innovative recruitment strategies for ambitious companies. Prior to this role, Peder spent over a decade at the Norwegian Refugee Council, culminating in the position of Head Of Recruitment and Development Unit, where responsibilities included managing a team and ensuring expert availability for deployment. Peder has held various roles within the organization, focusing on recruitment processes, HR strategy implementation, and collaboration with partners. Peder's educational background includes a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School and an MBA from Schulich School of Business, alongside military training as a Petty Officer.
