Oscar Lusio has extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors, currently serving as Digital Solution Manager at Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (TL) S.A. since December 2012, where responsibilities include managing and developing digital engagement capabilities for Telkomcel Timor-Leste. Previous roles within the same company include Billing & Collection Manager, Personal Sales Manager, Corporate Affairs Manager, Corporate Communication & Relation Manager, and Corporate Account Management. Oscar Lusio began the career as Senior ICT Helpdesk and Networking at Mandiri Bank Timor Leste Overseas Branch and held positions at International Center for Journalists and Rural Development Programme pharse III. Education includes a Magister in Digital Business Management from Telkom University and a Bachelor's in Information Technology from Sanata Dharma University.
