Jovana Mirkic is an experienced Data Analyst and Software Engineer at Telekom Srbija, with a tenure beginning in June 2017, focusing on Business Analytics and Marketing Automation Support within the DWH and Marketing Automation Support Departments. Prior to this role, Jovana served as a Banker at Crédit Agricole from February 2015 to May 2017, handling cashier transactions and the sale of banking services. Additionally, Jovana worked as a Controller of Financial Statements at the Business Registers Agency for a brief period in early 2014, overseeing the processing of annual financial statements for various company sizes. Jovana holds a Master’s Degree in Statistics from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Belgrade, obtained in 2012.
