Helena Šinkovec has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving in Digital Business Development at Telekom Slovenije since July 2011, focusing on the self-service portal and app, Moj Telekom. Prior to this role, Helena held various positions at Mobitel d.d., including Team Leader in the Contact Center, where leadership and coaching of the sales consultant team were key responsibilities. Helena's earlier roles included mentoring consultants, managing quality, and overseeing customer care communications. Educational achievements include a Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute in 2016 and a degree from the University of Ljubljana, along with a high school education in economics.
