Zaithwa Gomani is a professional with diverse experience in customer service and media, currently serving as a Call Center Representative at Telekom Networks Malawi Limited since October 2017. In addition, Zaithwa has worked as a data entry clerk at Alliance One Tobacco (Malawi) Limited since 2016 and held an internship in news and current affairs at Malawi Broadcasting Corporation from November 2015 to February 2016. Earlier experience includes presenting radio and TV programs at Calvary Family Broadcasting Network from August to November 2015. Zaithwa holds a Bachelor's degree in marketing and public relations from Malawi College of Accountancy (2021-2023) and two diplomas in journalism and marketing from the University of Malawi, The Polytechnic (2013-2016).
