Chipie Chambamba has work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2017, they worked as a Cashier at Quick Edge Ltd for three months. In 2019, they worked as an Accounting Assistant at Sunbird Kuchawe Inn for two months. Currently, since 2021, Chipie has been with Telekom Networks Malawi Limited, starting as an Assistant and later transitioning to the role of Accounts Assistant.

Chipie Chambamba pursued a Bachelor of Accountancy degree in Accounting and Finance from the Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences from 2016 to 2021.
