Khairul Akmar Timin is an experienced telecommunications professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Network Operation & Service Assurance at Telekom Malaysia since January 2014, Khairul Akmar manages the NetOp operating model to enhance organizational agility and effectiveness. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Network Quality & Performance, where leadership was provided for nationwide quality and optimization programs, and Manager of RF Planning & Optimization, responsible for strategic LTE network design. Prior experience includes consulting roles at Huawei Technologies, du, Siemens, Nokia, Saudi Telecom Company, Ericsson, TIME dotCom Berhad, and TMTOUCH Malaysia, with a strong focus on RF planning, design, and optimization across multiple generations of mobile networks. Khairul Akmar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and a high school degree in Science from Sekolah Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Pekan Pahang.
