Deborah Upton is an experienced People Director at Telefónica Tech, overseeing HR functions within a specialized unit focused on B2B technology solutions since March 2021. Previously, Deborah served as Head of People at Adatis, a consultancy that supports data analytics and decision-making. Prior roles include People Manager at Concentra Analytics, where responsibilities included managing HR analytics within a SaaS environment, and HR Manager at OSTC Ltd., where Deborah established HR functions in a start-up context. Earlier experience includes a position as Senior Assistant Manager at Scotiabank, where Deborah managed HR and operational responsibilities in the Corporate Bank Division. Deborah is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management at Open University.
