Luis Martinez has extensive experience in technical support and operations management, currently serving as UC Operations Manager at TeleComp since March 2020. Previous roles at TeleComp included Carrier Services Sr Lead and Carrier Services Team Leader. Prior to TeleComp, Luis held various positions at Intermedia from December 2016 to March 2020, including Voice Services Manager and Technical Support Cloud Voice Specialist, where expertise in Hosted PBX systems and Cloud Applications was developed. Luis also served as Technical Support Supervisor and Team Lead at InMotion Hosting, managing a team to ensure top-tier customer service. Earlier work experience includes roles at Micro Key Solutions and Sony Sat Inc., focusing on software programming and technical support. Luis holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from Valencia College, completed between 2011 and 2015.
