Rattan Boodram is an experienced professional in the telecommunications and information technology sectors, currently serving as Vice President Networks and Information Technology at Telecommunications Services of Trinidad & Tobago Limited since February 2024. Previously, Rattan held the role of IT and Digital Transformation Director at Digicel Trinidad from September 2021 to January 2024 and served in various capacities at Digicel Trinidad, including Head of IT and Digital Transformation and Head of PMO from November 2018 to July 2022. Rattan's prior experience includes significant roles at Digicel Group as BPI Manager, and leadership positions at Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago, where responsibilities encompassed managing large-scale projects and budgets. Rattan holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University and a degree from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus.
