Mike Goodwin has extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors for Telecare Corporation and Eckerd Connects since 2023, as well as Burlington Stores, Inc. since 2020, contributing to governance and audit committees. Additionally, Mike is a Strategic Council Member for Plexus Worldwide until September 2024 and held the position of Senior Vice President of IT and Chief Information Officer at PetSmart from June 2014 to January 2023. A long tenure at Hallmark Cards from 1990 to 2014 involved multiple leadership roles in IT and business process management. Mike's military background includes serving as a Field Artillery Officer in the US Army from 1982 to 1990. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
