Anthony Caiozzo has a diverse work experience in sales, engineering, and analysis roles in various companies. Anthony started their career as a Network Engineer at First Albany Capital in 1994 and later worked as a Capacity Analyst at John Hancock. Anthony then joined Level 3 Communications and Genuity as a Network Performance Analyst. In 1998, they worked at ThruPoint as an ISE. From 2000 to 2005, Anthony worked as a Sales Engineer at Brix Networks. Anthony then joined Psytechnics as a Sales professional for a year before becoming the National Sales Director at Telchemy in 2006.

Anthony Caiozzo completed their high school education from Stuyvesant High School, obtaining a High School Diploma in the years 1987 to 1991. Following their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at Siena College from 1991 to 1995.
