Mandy Dick, MSN, RN, CCRN, NE-BC, currently serves as a Clinical Quality Specialist II at Teladoc Health and as an Associate Degree Nursing Clinical Instructor-Adjunct at Grayson College. Previously, Mandy worked at Western Governors University as an Instructor for Clinical Experience, focusing on helping nursing students transition to practice and enhancing their critical thinking skills. During a distinguished career at Wilson N. Jones Regional Medical Center, Mandy held various leadership roles, including Chief Nursing Officer, where responsibilities included organizing clinical services, developing policies, and implementing quality healthcare programs. Mandy's educational background includes a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership and Management from Western Governors University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington, and two Associate Degrees from Grayson College in Secondary Education and Registered Nursing.
