Shay Bar currently serves as the National Director of Alumni Affairs at the American Friends of Tel Aviv University (AFTAU) since October 2020, where the organization focuses on raising awareness and funds to support Tel Aviv University's mission. Previously, Shay held the position of Managing Director at Miller Ink Inc. from October 2019 to April 2020, and served as the Director of Development at AFTAU from January 2017 to October 2019. Between August 2015 and January 2017, Shay was the Marketing Director for the Israeli American Council (IAC), overseeing marketing efforts for a prominent Jewish organization. Additional experience includes advisory roles with IDEAS Immersion, sales and marketing positions at 24 Design Construction and WI:PARTY, and serving as a First Sergeant in the Israeli Navy. Shay holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Ariel University.
