Hayley (Bonnington) Backman has a diverse background in recruitment and customer service, currently serving as Recruiting Lead for Digital & Creative Services at TEKsystems. Prior experience includes roles as a Digital & Creative Services Recruiter and Technical Recruiter specializing in Java Technologies at the same company. Additionally, Hayley has experience as a Customer Service Representative for Under Armour and held the position of Vice President of Programming for the Public Relations Student Society of America. Earlier professional experience includes a Public Relations Internship with the Sister Cities Association of Salisbury. Hayley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts with a Public Relations track and a minor in Conflict Analysis and Dispute Resolution from Salisbury University, completed between 2010 and 2013.
