In 2016, they joined Blue Grid Consulting Private Limited as a Recruitment Consultant, where they continued to utilize recruitment portals and evaluate CVs according to client requirements. Kush's most recent role is at Tekshapers, where they started as a Sr IT Recruitment solution in July 2021.
