Peppi Vilén is an experienced R&D Chemist at Teknos, focusing on the Powder Coatings department since January 2019, and has served as an Interim R&D Manager leading a team of 10. Prior roles include a Thesis Worker, researching self-healing polymeric coatings for corrosion inhibition, and a Research and Development trainee at Teknos. Previous positions include Aulapalveluhenkilö at Coor and multiple operator roles at Chromaflo Technologies. Peppi possesses a Master’s degree in Fiber and Polymer Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Aalto University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Culture Studies from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and training in horse grooming from Ypäjä Equine College.
