Daniela Thiele has extensive experience in the coatings industry, currently serving as the Laborleitung R&D Colour Lab at Teknos since July 2021, focusing on color formulation and metrics while also acting as a communication interface between R&D and QC, and contributing to product management and production optimization teams. Prior to this role, Daniela worked at Becker Industrie from April 2017 to June 2021 as a MOB - Lacklaborantin in application technology and at Feidal GmbH Lacke Farben as a Lacklaborantin from December 2015 to March 2017. Daniela's career began at Becker Industrie in September 2004, where a focus on IC ACE and completion of training as a Lacklaborantin laid a strong foundation for further roles.
