Scott Hicks currently serves as the Learning and Development Manager at Teknor Apex Company, a position held since January 2023. Previously, Scott worked at Carhartt from July 2019 to January 2023 as the Senior Organizational Development Employee Engagement and Experience Program Manager, focusing on enhancing employee engagement initiatives. Prior experience includes the role of Senior Training Lead - Organizational Development & Learning at Sazerac Company from November 2010 to June 2019, where Scott was instrumental in establishing the company’s inaugural Learning Management System.
