Olivia Deaton, MBA, is an accomplished professional in the field of engineering and innovation, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Innovation at Teknor Apex Company since November 2012. Prior roles at Teknor Apex include Product Manager for the Consumer Products Division, Hose Production Manager, Nylon Production Manager, Sr. Process Engineer, and Process Engineer. Olivia's career began as a Jr. Sanitary Engineer at the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management from March 2010 to February 2012 and included a position as Production Engineer at Aspen Aerogels for a brief period in 2012. Olivia holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Leadership from Bryant University, completed in 2023, and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island, earned in 2009.
