Carsten Toft Boesen has extensive experience in the consulting industry, serving as CEO of NIRAS since 1985, during which the company has evolved from a predominantly Danish firm to an international consultancy with a strong Scandinavian foundation and significant engagements in Africa and Southeast Asia. In addition to the CEO role, Carsten Toft Boesen has held various leadership positions such as Divisionsdirektør for Water and Environment and Hydrogeolog at NIRAS. Carsten Toft Boesen is also actively involved in academia and industry organizations, serving as Formand for the Danish Industry’s Committee for Research and Education, a member of the Representatives at DTU - Technical University of Denmark, member at Teknologisk Institut, and a board member for NIRAS ALECTIA Fonden. With an M.B.A. in Change Management & Implementation from Henley Business School and a Master’s Degree in Geology from the University of Copenhagen, Carsten Toft Boesen combines technical expertise with managerial acumen.
