Alan Augusto has extensive experience in technical support and administrative roles. Currently serving as an Analista de testes and previously as Assistente de serviços at Teknisa since November 2017, Alan provides customer support via remote access and telephone, along with second-level support for development teams. Prior experience includes working as a Despachante de Veículos at Alan Despachante from April 2014 to July 2017, focusing on vehicle documentation, and an administrative assistant position at By Moto Ltda from January 2008 to March 2014, which involved various financial duties after starting as an apprentice in accounting. Alan holds a degree in Análise de Desenvolvimento from Estácio (2021-2023) and has incomplete studies in a Bachelor’s in Business Administration at the same institution (2016-2017).
