Mikel Guillen is an experienced R&D Manager specializing in Interior & Seating at Teknia Manufacturing Group since August 2017, where responsibilities include managing strategic product plans, overseeing automotive electrification initiatives, and supporting global manufacturing operations. Prior to Teknia, Mikel held senior engineering roles at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd, focusing on interior trim development and NVH engineering. Experience also includes a position as a Packaging Engineer at Renault Trucks and an NVH Engineer role at INSA Lyon. Mikel has participated in Formula Student competitions as a Project Engineer and holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from EAE Business School and a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
