Amy Nolan is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and accounting. Currently serving as Vice President and Treasurer at Tekni-Plex, Inc. since February 2012, Amy has held multiple leadership positions, including Vice President, Corporate Controller & Treasurer. Prior to Tekni-Plex, Amy worked at Teleflex as Vice President and Assistant Corporate Controller, and at Tasty Baking Company as Vice President and Corporate Controller. Earlier career experience includes a managerial role in transactional accounting at Exelon Generation and a managerial position at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Amy holds a degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
