Hanne Karlsen is a Digital Competence Advisor at Tekna, a position held since July 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Product Manager at KF, where focus was on the development of digital products for primary education from May 2017 to June 2021, and as a Customer Service Consultant at Visma from December 2014 to June 2017. Earlier career experience also includes a role as a Receptionist at Human Etisk Forbund from January 2013 to December 2014. Hanne Karlsen holds a Master's degree in Pedagogy, Communication, Design, and Learning from the University of Oslo, completed in 2017, and a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy from the same institution, achieved in 2015. Additionally, an exchange semester in Sociology was completed at the University of California, Berkeley in 2014, alongside secondary education at Jessheim videregående skole from 2009 to 2012.
