Anne Aaserudseter possesses extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic and operational HR, HSE, and L&D. Currently serving as an HR Senior Advisor at Tekna since October 2021, Anne has previously held significant roles at Statnett SF, including HR Specialist and Senior HR Advisor, where responsibilities encompassed strategic workforce planning and leadership development. Earlier positions include roles as an HR Advisor at Ragn-Sells AS and a Senior Recruiter at Dfind Engineering AS. Anne's career began at Statoil, where various HR consultation roles were held from 2007 to 2014, along with experience in administrative consultancy at Hydro and Quality People.
