Lance Rhutasel has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Lance began their career in 1986 at Rhutasel & Associates, Inc. as an Engineering Tech. Lance then moved on to Enterprise Fleet Management in 1994, where they served as a Senior Account Executive for five years. In 1999, Lance joined Anthony Allen & Quinn as the Western Region VP, a position they held until 2001. Lance then transitioned to ADT Fire & Security, where they served as the Small Business Division VP for one year. Finally, Lance joined TekCollect in 2002 as the Vice President of Corporate Services, a position they continue to hold.
Lance Rhutasel obtained an Associates degree in Business from Southwestern Illinois College, where they studied from 1988 to 1990. Lance later pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, graduating from 1990 to 1992.
