Anthony Hernandez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Anthony currently works at Tek Experts as a Global Delivery Lead, overseeing the end-to-end delivery, execution, and growth of the assigned Line of Business. Prior to this, they worked at VMware as an Escalation Manager, where they resolved escalated issues and acted as a customer advocate within the company. Anthony also served as a Project Manager in the Customer Success Innovation & Intelligence team, focusing on customer experience and driving initiatives. Before VMware, Anthony worked at Tek Experts as a Global Business Operations Manager, handling the Customer Operations Global Business Unit for multiple countries and overseeing a large customer service team. Anthony started their career at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Customer Contact Center Supervisor, providing phone customer service and later supervising a team. Anthony's career also includes experience in call center operations at GRUPO STT, where they gained valuable knowledge in customer handling and performance measurement.

Anthony Hernandez is a student at the Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, working towards a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technologies for Business Management since 2020. Prior to that, they attended INCECOM from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained a technical certification. Additionally, Anthony has obtained two certifications from CertiProf: the Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate in November 2020 and the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification in the same year.
