Camila Parra is an experienced professional in people operations and human resources, currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Teikametrics since April 2023, where responsibilities include employee engagement, performance reviews, benefits management, and HR process improvement. Prior to this role, Camila worked at SmartHop as a People Manager and HR Business Partner, focusing on HRIS management and global onboarding processes. Camila also held the position of People Resources Supervisor, implementing HR operations and analytics, and Human Resources Operations Manager at SUNA, overseeing recruitment and employee development. Earlier experience includes a Trade Marketing Internship at PepsiCo. Camila holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from CESA.
