Tom Woodman is an experienced executive in the housing sector, currently serving as Chief Executive at Teign Housing since April 2024. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Chief Executive at Cornerstone Housing Limited from January 2020 to April 2024. Tom's expertise in strategy and performance was further demonstrated during tenure as Executive Director of Strategy & Performance at LiveWest from March 2018 to October 2019. Additionally, Tom served as Group Director of Strategy & Performance at DCH (Devon & Cornwall Housing Ltd) from July 1992 to March 2018. Tom holds a Master of Science degree in Strategic Management from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
