Mark Peppiatt began their career in 1999 as a Team Leader at Convergys. In 2006, they moved to Dell as a Resolution Specialist Manager, where they led two teams of agents simultaneously and created the outbound process and training material. In 2008, they joined the Department of National Defence as a Client Services Provider. That same year, they also began working at BlackBerry as a Senior Systems Development Support Specialist and Team Lead. In 2017, they became the Founder & Director of Technical Support at Tehama.io, where they provided rotational 24/7 On-Call support, created initial User and Support documentation, and assisted in creating and updating support practices and procedures. Mark also performed a full suite of Regression and Verification testing and created a scripted install method for ease of deployment of the Tehama Gateway.
Mark Peppiatt attended Royal Roads University from 1997 to 1998, studying Microsoft Certified Systems Engineering. Mark also attended Canterbury High School from 1989 to 1995.
